Founding MSP Partner Program

AI Governance as a Subscription Service ©

Helping MSPs deliver AI for All, responsibly.

We believe AI governance, liability management, and human accountability will become one of the next major recurring service opportunities for Managed Service Providers.

If you are reading this page, it is because someone thought you might be the right kind of partner.

This is not a public offer. We are intentionally limiting this opportunity to no more than twenty Founding MSP Partners across North America. We are not looking for the largest providers. We are looking for established, reputation-driven MSPs that understand that trust and accountability have always been at the heart of managed services.

The Founding Partner Opportunity

We believe AI governance, workforce readiness, and long-term liability management will become a natural extension of the services that trusted MSPs already provide.

Founding MSP Partners receive:

  • 60% of first-year revenue on accounts they originate.

  • Participation in future renewals and expanding governance service opportunities.

  • Early access to our patent-pending Audit Anchor© governance framework and future governance products.

  • Access to our developing patent-pending cryptographic ledger and evidence framework, designed to help organizations demonstrate good faith AI governance, human oversight, and accountable AI use.

  • White-label and co-branded partnership opportunities as the platform grows.

  • Recognition through SupportOurHeroes.Directory for veteran-owned and supporter businesses.

This is not a one-time training product. It is the first phase of a broader governance platform that we believe will evolve alongside AI adoption, emerging legal standards, insurance requirements, and customer expectations over the next decade.

We also believe that the organizations that can help businesses safely adopt AI today will be in a strong position to support them as governance requirements mature tomorrow.

Why We Think This Matters

For years, MSPs have helped customers manage risks they did not fully understand themselves.

  • Cybersecurity.

  • Backup and disaster recovery.

  • Privacy.

  • Compliance.

AI feels very similar.

Almost every organization is experimenting with AI. Employees are using it. Managers are using it. Boards are asking questions. Most organizations have little or no practical AI governance in place.

The first question many business owners will ask their trusted MSP will probably not be:

"What AI tool should I buy?"

It will be:

"How do I use AI responsibly and protect my business?"

That is where this opportunity begins.

We believe the first wave is not expensive software. It is practical, affordable, good faith compliance.

Start with Good Faith Compliance

There is a tendency to think AI governance starts with technology.

We believe that is backwards.

The first line of defence has always been informed people making responsible decisions. Long before there are expensive platforms and dashboards, there should be a workforce that understands the opportunities, the risks, and the importance of human accountability.

Our initial offering is intentionally practical:

  • AI Workplace Readiness © for employees.

  • Distributed Human-in-the-Loop (DHITL) Leadership © for supervisors and managers.

  • Practical public-facing AI governance policies.

  • Monthly AI governance newsletters.

  • Quarterly intelligence and governance briefings.

  • Ongoing updates as guidance, regulations, and industry expectations evolve.

Training is the first wave. Governance technology follows.

Our roadmap includes governance software, verification services, assessments, and our patent-pending Audit Anchor© cryptographic evidence and ledger framework. But today, one of the strongest and most affordable first steps an organization can take is to demonstrate a documented, good faith effort to educate staff, establish policies, and maintain human oversight.

That is not simply about liability protection.

It is about protecting customers, protecting employees, and demonstrating responsible leadership. We believe good faith compliance and documented AI governance will become an increasingly important part of customer care, risk management, and organizational resilience.

Why Us?

This project did not begin as an AI startup.

For more than 15 years, our broader mission has focused on trust, service, and supporting the people and organizations that hold communities together. Through RedFridayTalks.com, we have worked to strengthen peer support, leadership, and resilience. We often describe it as building the ambulance at the top of the hill instead of waiting at the bottom.

Through SupportOurHeroes.Directory, we are building a community that highlights veteran-owned businesses, first responder businesses, and organizations that believe accountability and public trust still matter.

AI governance is simply the next evolution of that mission.

A Personal Note from the Founder

If you've made it this far, I should probably explain why I think this opportunity matters.

I am a Canadian military veteran and have spent more than thirty years building businesses around emerging technologies. Along the way, I have been fortunate to work on projects involving document security, authentication, governance, and systems where trust really mattered. I have also been involved in the development of multiple patented technologies and learned that the technology itself is rarely the hard part.

The hard part is building confidence that people can trust the information, the process, and ultimately the decisions being made.

More than twenty years ago, through Arcus Digital Security, we worked on secure documents, print authentication, and technologies designed to establish confidence that what someone was looking at was genuine. Looking back, many of the same ideas apply to AI. The challenge today is not simply whether a document is authentic, but whether the information flowing through AI systems and the decisions they produce can be trusted and independently verified.

I have seen this before, just in a different form.

That experience is one of the reasons we are developing our patent-pending Audit Anchor© framework and cryptographic governance ledger. The goal is simple: help organizations create practical evidence that they are making a good faith effort to govern AI responsibly.

I also believe that good governance starts with people. Before software, before dashboards, and before regulation catches up, organizations need informed employees, engaged leadership, and practical policies. That is why we are starting with AI Workplace Readiness © and Distributed Human-in-the-Loop (DHITL) Leadership ©.

For more than fifteen years, our broader mission through

RedFridayTalks.com

and SupportOurHeroes.Directory

has been built around trust, service, and supporting the people and organizations that hold communities together. Expanding that mission into AI governance feels like a natural next step.

I do not know exactly what the AI market will look like in five years. I do know that trust, accountability, and good faith governance are not going away.

If our view of the market is right, the MSPs that establish themselves as trusted AI governance advisors today will help define an entirely new managed service category.

Public Trust and AI

One of the strongest endorsements of this approach comes from Rory Cory, Military Museum Director & Curator and Public Trust Advocate, who has spent more than twenty years protecting historical collections and preserving public confidence.

After completing and maintaining his AI Workplace Readiness certification, he summarized the challenge simply:

"Public trust is built on accountability, transparency, and human oversight. Those same principles must apply to AI."

That simple observation captures what we are trying to accomplish. We are not trying to sell AI. We are trying to help organizations adopt AI in a way that protects trust.

Additional Background

The following endorsements are included for MSP partners who would like additional context on the public trust principles and long-term mission behind this initiative. They reflect work in both AI governance and earlier document security and authentication projects that helped shape the thinking behind Audit Anchor©.

Endorsement for AI Workplace Readiness

I have spent more than 20 years serving as a military museum director and curator. My work has focused on preserving history, protecting public trust, and ensuring that important stories and artifacts are managed responsibly for future generations.

Over the years, I have learned that every major technological shift creates both opportunity and risk. Artificial Intelligence is no different.

Recognizing the growing impact of AI on organizations, employees, volunteers, and leadership teams, I completed the AI Workplace Readiness Certificate. I chose to keep my certification current because I believe AI literacy, governance, and responsible use are no longer optional skills. They are becoming essential organizational requirements.

What impressed me most about this program was its practical approach. Rather than promoting fear or blind adoption, it focuses on helping people understand how AI can be used responsibly, ethically, and safely in real-world environments.

Public trust is built on accountability, transparency, and human oversight. Those same principles must apply to AI.

Whether you operate a museum, business, nonprofit organization, educational institution, government department, or community organization, your people need to understand both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with AI adoption.

In my view, every organization should be taking steps now to prepare its workforce for the AI era. AI Workplace Readiness provides a practical foundation for doing exactly that.

The organizations that invest in AI awareness, governance, and workforce readiness today will be better positioned to protect trust, reduce risk, and adapt successfully to the changes ahead.

I am pleased to support the work being done through AI Workplace Readiness and encourage leaders to consider how AI preparedness fits within their own organization's future plans.

From Document Trust to AI Trust

Long before AI governance became part of the conversation, our work was focused on helping organizations establish trust in documents, print systems, and secure information workflows. Those same principles—integrity, verification, accountability, and confidence in the chain of information—remain just as important in the AI era.

The following recommendation reflects that earlier work and the long-standing commitment to building systems that people can trust.

"Andrew is the kind of guy you want in your corner when starting a new venture - someone who has the expertise you need and the ability to convey it to staff and clients as well as deliver on what he says. Over the past 7 years of professional relationship, I have been impressed with his knowledge of security and how it impacts our print processes and documents.

Finally, he is a trusted and creative advisor concerning our print applications and trying new approaches. I would heartily endorse Andrew from my experience with him: he's well-informed, capable, delivers on what he promises...and most important, his integrity has allowed me to feel comfortable with his technology over the years."
